From finding a campaign to submitting your post, everything happens in the JapanQuest app.
Find places you want to go.
Spot campaigns in Featured Experiences on Home or on the map, and filter by keyword, area, category and date. You can read campaign details before you finish verification.

Check the terms, then apply.
Before applying, verify your phone number, complete identity verification and connect your social accounts. Send your preferred dates and a message, then follow the review in Your Applications.

Set the date in chat, then go.
Once you're selected, each campaign has its own chat with the company. From confirming the visit date to talking through the shoot, it all stays in one conversation.

Post, then submit in the app.
After posting on social media as agreed, submit your public post links and files in the app. The company reviews them, and the campaign is complete.

CLEAR TERMS
Know the terms before you go.
From the reward to the deadlines, these are the terms to check before you apply. If the campaign details don't cover one, ask the company in your application message.
DIRECT PAYMENT
The company pays your reward directly to you. JapanQuest does not receive, hold, transfer or guarantee rewards.

Get ready one quest at a time.
Fill in your profile, connect your social accounts, verify your identity: everything you need before applying is laid out as a Creator Passport route. Your passport progress shows what's left at a glance.

- Starter templates for photos, captions, short videos, application messages and ad disclosures, ready to edit to fit your own experience.
XP and levels grow as you complete quests in the app. They are not campaign rewards or payment, and each company makes its own selection decisions.

What do I need to apply?
A public social media account connected in the app (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Naver Blog, Xiaohongshu or Dianping), a verified phone number and an identity document. If you're a minor, you need consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the app.

The company pays you directly, by the method and on the date set out in the campaign terms. In the app, Creator Wallet tracks each reward, from your claim to the company through to confirming receipt.
Submit posts, report results, and track paymentWhat about my residence status in Japan?
Check your residence status, any work permission you need and how taxes apply to you, based on your own situation. JapanQuest does not give advice or guarantees on these matters.

Yes, on every post. You can start from the ad disclosure template in the Creator Kit, and if you're asked to remove the label, don't: contact support instead.
Profile, social accounts, Creator Kit, and questsWhat if a company stops replying or a payment is late?
First, check the agreed amount, date and payment method with the company in the campaign chat. If there's no reply, contact support with your application ID and evidence.
